I’m Craig Przychodni, an enterprise data architect and engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience building and modernizing the systems businesses rely on.
My work spans data architecture, engineering, integration and analytics, with deep experience across Azure SQL, Azure Synapse and the Microsoft data platform. I specialize in turning complex data environments into scalable, reliable systems that improve performance, strengthen reporting and make it easier for teams to work with confidence.
I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of technology and business, translating complicated requirements into data platforms that are dependable, efficient and built to last.
That has included transforming monolithic databases into domain-driven cloud platforms, replacing manual financial processes with auditable systems, modernizing enterprise reporting and establishing the architecture needed to support millions of records without disrupting the people who depend on them.
I don’t approach architecture as an abstract exercise. The goal is always a system that performs better, costs less and gives the business information it can trust.

At Eaglebrook Advisors, I led major initiatives across fee processing, Azure architecture and Power BI modernization. Before that, I spent nearly ten years at Golub Capital, advancing from Application Programmer to Vice President of Enterprise Data & Reporting while building the company’s first integrated enterprise data warehouse and leading the team responsible for its continued growth.
